Pleasant Valley Community Garden

The Pleasant Valley Community Garden stemmed from an idea from long time friends Greg Bozzo and Mike Sanchez. Together, they collaborated with Nueva Vida Community and other for-profit businesses in the area, to give residents of Gilroy the opportunity to plant their own organic garden, and build community while doing it.

The group then collaborated with CMAP TV to put together this short documentary, which showed at a the local Poppy Jasper International Film Festival, and won the 2024 Audience Award for Best Documentary Short.
